It's been said before: "The best camera is the one you have with you" and that definitely describes my hike on Sauk Mountain. I can't remember the last time I went on any hike without my Canon with me. Well for whatever reason, Sauk mountain was the hike I decided not to bring it on and boy was that a regret of mine, so iPhone 5S it was. Let me tell you regret set in on the drive up before we even reached the trailhead. I suppose this really means that I'll just be hiking Sauk Mountain again this summer. Regardless of what i was shooting with Sauk is an AMAZING hike and totally worth it switchbacks and all (singing TSwift songs the entire time doesn't hurt either). This just goes to show how beautiful Washington is and confirms why I should never leave the house without my camera. On your next free day venture out there and see this amazing view for yourself! :)
